2018 – Sneaky year, yes indeed.

You know how I said in my last blog post that I’d like to keep you better updated in 2018…?

…so yeah, that didn’t really happen.

I could try and explain it away but the truth is, Servant Ceramics is no longer my only paying gig. I’ve been working as a secondary art teacher – and loving it – but it is physically, emotionally and creativity demanding and I haven’t had as much time or space for Servant Ceramics.

But if you follow my IG, you’ll know that I’ve been back in the studio these past few weeks…

…as I’m preparing for BrisStyle’s Handmade Christmas Market!

This is my only Christmas market for the year and I’m really keen to show off some new tall beakers and small dishes designs!

I will re-open my Etsy shop after the market in case you can’t make it to the State Library on Saturday. I’ve been toying with the idea of an open studio in the very early New Year to clean out the studio shelves too as I’m very keen to play with some different clay printing techniques in 2019 and need to make space these experiments.

If you can make it, it would be lovely to see you at the State Library this Saturday.
With a big smile for you,
