Tonight was opening night at Bridget Bodenham’s ‘Matter and Spirit’ exhibition at Paper Boat Press.

I realise that my last three posts have all been exhibition related but I can’t help myself!! If you have the chance, you must visit Paper Boat Press to see Bridget’s exhibition for yourself (running until June 14th).
An avid instagram follower of Bridget’s work, it was a delight to see and touch the wares that she created especially for this exhibition and have a chat with her as well.
Gorgeously arranged and displayed in the PBP’s gallery, it was simply wonderful to see the result of all Bridget and Kylie’s plots and plans since the start of the year so beautifully realised.
With a big smile, Rachel.
Sounds like you had a wonderful night Rachel. I love the quote by Sir Herbert Read. I fondly remember doing a pottery class in school. It is amazing being able to craft clay into a piece of useable art ~ Julia
Pottery is such a unique tradition! It’s ability to dance between the functional and the sculptural is so special. Thanks for your comment Julia 🙂
It is special. You’re welcome Rachel
